Holy Sip! is a coffee cart that pops up at weekend markets. Regulars kept asking for mugs and hoodies with the logo on them.
A shop that never closes
Instead of hauling boxes of merch to every market, Holy Sip! put its mugs, hoodies and totes in a Soshi shop. A QR code on the cart points to it.
The cart closes at 2pm. The shop doesn't. Every order is made and shipped for them.
What worked
- A short, loud name that looks great on a mug
- One product for every price: a sticker, a mug, a hoodie
- Limited seasonal drops that give regulars a reason to check back
