- Who can use Soshi?You must be 18 or older to create an account, buy, back a batch, sell or get paid.
- How do I delete my account?Go to Settings and tap Delete account. Anything still in progress has to finish first.
- Email notificationsChoose which updates we email you in Settings › Notifications. Receipts, refunds and payment problems always send.
- Your data and privacyWhat Soshi collects, who it’s shared with to make and ship your order, and how to get a copy or delete it.
- Using logos, teams and charactersYou can use someone else’s brand, team or character if you have the rights. Confirm “I have the rights” and it’s on you.
- Someone is using my trademark or copyrightReport it and we’ll review it and remove anything that infringes. DMCA notices go to our copyright agent.
- Report infringementTell us about an item that uses your trademark, logo or copyrighted work.
