Earnings are paid to your bank through Stripe after an order is delivered and its 14-day return window ends.
Heads up: creator payouts aren’t switched on yet. Until they are, your dashboard tracks your earnings and shows them as held.
Set up your payout account
- Go to Settings › Payments & payouts.
- Tap Set up. Stripe asks for the details it needs to pay you.
- When Stripe is done, your account shows as ready for payouts.
When you get paid
Earnings for an order are paid to your bank after the order is delivered and a 14-day return window has passed.
Some makers report delivery. For the ones that don’t, an order counts as delivered 10 days after it ships.
When earnings are held or taken back
- If a payout looks wrong, it’s held for review instead of being sent.
- If an order is refunded or charged back, its earnings are taken back.
- Soshi may pause payouts on an account that breaks the Terms.
