Using a discount code

Discount codes come from the shops on Soshi. Enter the code at checkout and tap Apply.

How codes work

• A code only takes money off the items from the shop that made it. Other shops’ items in your cart stay the same.
• One code per checkout.
• Some codes have a minimum spend, a limited number of uses, or an end date.

If a code doesn’t work

Checkout tells you why. Common reasons:

• It isn’t a code for the items in your cart.
• It has expired or has been fully used.
• You haven’t reached its minimum for that shop’s items.
• It’s your own shop’s code (you can’t use your own).

Sometimes a code is applied but limited on some items, so they still cover their making cost. Checkout says so when that happens.
