Using logos, teams and characters
You can use someone else’s brand, team or character if you have the rights. Confirm “I have the rights” and it’s on you.
Soshi can make designs with a team, school, league or brand mark, or a character, but only for people who own it or have permission to use it.
How it works in the chat
- If your design uses something that belongs to someone else, Soshi tells you it belongs to its owner and asks if you own it or have permission.
- If you do, reply “I have the rights”. That’s saved as your confirmation and the design goes ahead.
- If you don’t, Soshi can make an original design in that vibe instead: the colors, the sport, your own name and number.
Soshi’s drawing tool won’t draw someone else’s logo or character itself. If you’re licensed, upload the artwork and it’s printed as it is.
It’s your responsibility
- Soshi doesn’t check who owns what you upload or ask for, and doesn’t give legal advice.
- No product made through Soshi is officially licensed unless the seller says so and holds that license.
- If you sell a fan-inspired design, describe it honestly, including that it isn’t affiliated with or licensed by the team or brand. A disclaimer doesn’t give you rights you don’t have.
- If a rights owner reports it, we remove it. If someone makes a claim against Soshi because of your design, you agree to cover it.
