How do I make something?
Describe it like you’re texting a friend. Soshi designs it on a real product, you tweak it, then add it to your cart.
Making something on Soshi is a conversation. You say what you want, Soshi designs it, and you keep chatting until it looks right.
Steps
- Open the design chat. Go to Create and type your idea the way you’d text a friend, for example: “a mug with my dog’s face for my mom.” You can also upload a photo, logo or artwork.
- Answer a couple of quick questions. Before the first design, Soshi usually asks 2 or 3 short questions about what’s missing, like the color, where the art goes or the lettering style. If you already said it, it skips them.
- See your design on a real product. Soshi shows your design on the actual item it will be made on.
- Tweak it. Ask for changes in plain words: “make the text bigger,” “try it in navy,” “add our names on the back.” See Changing or redoing a design.
- Pick your size and color, then add it to your cart. Check out when you’re ready. You don’t need an account to buy.
Good to know
- Two different products? Soshi makes them one at a time, so do the tee first and then the matching mug.
- Several sizes of the same item (for a family or a team) go in your cart one size at a time, each with its own quantity.
- There’s no bulk discount. Every piece is made to order on its own, so the price per piece is the same whether you get 1 or 50.
- The picture is an AI preview. The real piece can look a little different. See Is the preview exactly what I’ll get?
