Who makes my order?

Soshi’s print and production partners, such as Printful, Printify and Shapeways, make your order. Which partner depends on the product. They make it one at a time or in small batches and ship it to you.

What the partner gets

To make and ship it, the partner gets your design, your name and your shipping address. Nothing else. See Your data and privacy.

Orders from a creator’s shop

Most shop items are made and shipped the same way. Some pre-order items are shipped by the creator once their batch arrives; the listing tells you. See How do pre-orders work?

If a partner can’t make it

A production partner may decline a design it can’t make. If that happens, we’ll tell you and refund anything you paid for it.
