Check the Soshi status page first, then reach out to a person if the problem is only on your end.
If something isn’t loading or a design won’t finish, first check whether it’s on our side.
Check the status page
The Soshi status page checks each part of Soshi every 5 minutes:
- Website
- Accounts & saved creations
- AI design studio
- Checkout & payments
- Printing & shipping partners
- Email & notifications
If one of them is down, we already know and we’re on it.
If everything looks fine
- Reload the page and try again.
- If a payment didn’t go through, your cart is saved, so you can try again.
- Still stuck? Contact us and tell us what you were doing and what you saw. A real person will get back to you.
