Email notifications

Go to Settings › Notifications to choose what we tell you about, such as:

• Order updates: when something you ordered is being made, ships or arrives.
• Manufacturing updates: quotes, sample approvals, production milestones and delivery.
• New sales: when someone buys from your shop.

Emails that always send

Order receipts, refunds and payment problems are always sent, even with updates turned off.
