HelpHow long will my order take?
Usually about 1 to 2 weeks to make and ship. Your estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Everything on Soshi is made to order. Nothing is made ahead of time: your piece is made after you pay, then shipped.
Typical timing
- Most items: about 1 to 2 weeks to make and ship.
- 3D prints: about 2 weeks.
- Most items ship from the U.S. Some partners ship from overseas, which takes a bit longer.
Your exact estimate
Checkout shows an estimated delivery range for your order before you pay, and some items offer a faster shipping option. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items have a “ships by” date, and your delivery estimate starts from that date. See How do pre-orders work?
