- Selling on Soshi: how it worksPublish a design to your shop and set your price. When someone buys, Soshi makes it and ships it to them.
- How to publish a design to your shopPick the product in the chat, publish from My shop, set your price, and share your link.
- Fees and what you earnSoshi keeps a fee of 18% of your item price. You earn your price minus that fee and the cost to make it.
- Getting paid (payouts)Earnings are paid to your bank through Stripe after an order is delivered and its 14-day return window ends.
- Do I have to buy stock or a sample first? No. Nothing is made until someone orders. A sample is optional, and you can order one at cost plus Soshi’s fee.
- Creating discount codes for your shopMake a percent-off or dollar-off code for your shop’s items. The discount comes out of your earnings.
- Selling pre-orders from a factory batchOnce your factory batch is ordered, you can sell pieces of it before it arrives, then ship each order yourself.
- Crowdfunded batches (all or nothing)Backers save a card and are only charged if the batch reaches its goal by the deadline.
- Who handles safety testing? You do. As the brand owner, you’re responsible for any testing, certification or labels your product legally needs.
