How do I delete my account?

Steps

1. Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
2. Type DELETE to confirm.
3. We email you that it’s done. If you didn’t ask for it, reply to that email right away.

What has to finish first

You can’t delete your account while something is still in progress. Soshi tells you what’s blocking it:

• an order you placed that’s still on the way,
• an order from your shop that hasn’t been delivered yet,
• a manufacturing order you paid for that’s still being made, or
• earnings Soshi still owes you. Email hello@makesoshi.com and we’ll pay you out before closing your account.

What gets deleted

• Your creations, listings, brand kit, chats, saves, cart, messages and uploaded files
• Your shop, which closes
• Any plan, which is cancelled and won’t renew (the current month isn’t refunded)

What we keep

Records of past orders and payments are kept, without your name or email, because tax law requires it.
