- How do I make something?Describe it like you’re texting a friend. Soshi designs it on a real product, you tweak it, then add it to your cart.
- Do I need design skills?No. There are no layers or editors. You describe it, or upload a picture, and Soshi does the design work.
- Do I need an account?Not to try it or to buy. You can design a few things as a guest and check out as a guest with just your email.
- How many designs can I make?Guests get 3 designs. A free account gets 5 a month. Paid plans and extra design packs give you more.
- What can’t Soshi make?Things that are unsafe, illegal or someone else’s, plus a short list of products Soshi doesn’t offer right now.
- Something isn’t workingCheck the Soshi status page first, then reach out to a person if the problem is only on your end.
