- Who makes my order?Production partners like Printful, Printify and Shapeways make each order and ship it to you.
- How long will my order take?Usually about 1 to 2 weeks to make and ship. Your estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
- How much is shipping, and where do you ship?You see the exact shipping and any tax at checkout, before you pay. Orders ship to U.S. addresses only for now.
- Tracking your orderWe email you at each step, with tracking once it ships. Your Orders page shows the status too.
- Can I change or cancel my order?Before you pay, nothing is charged. After you pay, your order goes to be made, so contact us right away.
- How do pre-orders work?A pre-order item is sold before its batch is ready and has a “ships by” date. You pay when you order.
- What’s the waitlist?Some items aren’t for sale yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when you can buy it.
