Someone is using my trademark or copyright

If something on Soshi uses your trademark, logo or copyrighted work without permission, report it. We review every report and remove items that infringe. Please be accurate: false reports can have legal consequences.

How to report

Use the Report infringement form, or contact us with a link to the item.

Copyright notices (DMCA)

Send DMCA notices to Copyright Agent, Soshi, hello@makesoshi.com. Include:

• your physical or electronic signature,
• the work you say was copied,
• where the copy is on Soshi (a link),
• your name, address, phone and email,
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you’re the owner or authorized to act for them.

If your item was removed by mistake

You can send a counter-notice to the same address. Section 11 of the Terms lists what it needs. We may restore the item 10 to 14 business days after we forward it, unless the person who complained tells us they’ve filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload or sell infringing items.
