What Soshi collects, who it’s shared with to make and ship your order, and how to get a copy or delete it.
What we collect
Your account details (name and email), what you create and upload, your orders, pledges and shipping address, messages you send, and basic usage information that keeps the site working. Card details are handled by Stripe; Soshi never sees or stores your full card number.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run Soshi: Stripe for payments and tax, the production partners that make and ship your order (they get your design, name and shipping address), Shopify if you connect your store, plus email, hosting, storage, AI and analytics providers. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. If you back a crowdfunded batch, the creator doesn’t get your contact details or address.
Your choices
- To stop analytics, block cookies in your browser settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, at hello@makesoshi.com.
