Can I change or cancel my order?

Before you pay

Nothing is charged or made until your payment goes through. If you leave checkout, your cart is kept, and an unpaid checkout can be cancelled.

After you pay

Each piece is made just for you and goes into production soon after you pay, so paid orders can’t be cancelled from your account. If you made a mistake (the wrong size, color or address), contact us as soon as you can and we’ll see what we can do.

If your payment didn’t go through

The order wasn’t placed and you weren’t charged. Your cart is saved, so you can try again.
